Curiosity

Paces left behind,
thoughts brought ahead.

Creation brings imagery,
curiosity is fed.

The girl walks forward,
boy still sitting down.

Etiquette demands boy to comprehend,
girl knows how this can be found.

Eyes twinkling,
youth remain sane.

But as the night persists
boy turns insane.

Words form actions,
confusion avoids glance.

As the boy-girl couple
begin the desired dance.
